If you are on jobseekers then you are entitled to the reduced £360 fee rather than the full £510 fee. You need to complete the following form and take it with you to the court when you file for BR:

http://www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/courtfinder/forms/ex160a_e.pdf

http://www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/courtfinder/forms/ex160.pdf

You will still need to complete the 6.27 and 6.28 forms (http://www.insolvency.gov.uk/forms/englandwalesforms.htm) to petition for BR and if you have any problems with the forms and aren't sure what information needs to go in which section let us know and we can help.

Hi,

I have stopped paying my creditors this month to free up the money to pay my fees which is the advice I got from on here.

Also if you are on certain benefits I think you can get help with the fees but am not sure which ones! Sorry.

Hopefully someone will come on soon with some more information.
