Posted - 23 August 2009 : 06:58:28 If you are on jobseekers then you are entitled to the reduced £360 fee rather than the full £510 fee. You need to complete the following form and take it with you to the court when you file for BR:
You will still need to complete the 6.27 and 6.28 forms (http://www.insolvency.gov.uk/forms/englandwalesforms.htm) to petition for BR and if you have any problems with the forms and aren't sure what information needs to go in which section let us know and we can help.

I have stopped paying my creditors this month to free up the money to pay my fees which is the advice I got from on here.
Also if you are on certain benefits I think you can get help with the fees but am not sure which ones! Sorry.
Hopefully someone will come on soon with some more information.
