Hi
i would recommend speaking to an expert as it is not just based on the value of the horse, when it was bought etc but also on the cost of upkeep.
With a horse there are stable fees, food, vet bills etc etc etc. probably in excess of £130 per month.
The OR may view this as excessive and may wish to pursue an IPA.
