Hi, can I just confirm in the bank account section do I list my online saver account that I have with Lloyds (empty of course).
On the home straight now with the SOA just the bank account to do. When it asks how much is in there should I estimate as what is in today wont be what will be in by the end of the week. How accurate does it have to be?
Thanks again

Thanks for your help. i have listed the online saver with a nil balance. I finished the forms last night but now find I have to wait 4 weeks to hand them in. I will try and open the new account nearer the time, meantime I will have my salary paid into my hubbys account so that I know the rent gets paid.
Thanks again

Hi there
just to confirm- when completing the forms list all bank accounts held on which you owe money or are linked to any of your credit cards. State the overdraft limite as the balance.

Open a new bank account unlinked to any of your creditors and transfer salaries /DD's etc to the new account. This account does not need to be listed on the forms, you can notify the OR of the new account when you have your telephone appointment - that way you remove the risk of your account being frozen and having to wait up to 5 working days for the account to be unfrozen and you have access to your funds

Hope this helps

Forgot to say, dont put new account on SOA, tell the OR after you go to court. Thats what i did, and he said he's got no interest in it.

Hi, yes i had an online saver account with Lloyds(only 2p in it!) and a flexible savings account( which i had nothing in and haven't used for years).i put both down on the forms. As for your bank account, i would open a new account, then transfer everything over to that one. I put down £590 as this was the overdraft.
