Posted - 28 August 2009 : 07:52:08 put on the forms what you spend for utilitis rent council tax etc, remember to include things like petrol car tax insurance & maintenance £20 per month) phones internet mobile not to exceed £100 but the other things like food depend on the number in your household ie a single person gets around £200 food £30 clothing £30 meals at work a couple £300/50/35 and each child £80/12/28 you can also claim for life insurance house insurance opticians dental haircuts.
