Posted - 28 August 2009 : 13:42:26 Hi, Does anyone know how it works for setting up a Business Bank account for a discharged bankrupt?
I will be discharged officially in 2010 possibly before recd ED paperwork and rtnd! We live in hope.
Just wondered if anyone had expereince or the Experts might know? Business account would have regular money going through would only need usual CO Debit card DDR/STO facilities not worried about chq book. Cant see that there is much greater risk to a bank they dont usually grant O/D facilities on new business accts anyway and wouldnt need it.
Any light on this any Discharged BR friendly BUSINESS accounts anyone could recommend? Many thanks
