I have just completed the online form and printed it however there was a question regarding when i 1st started to experience deficulty paying my debts. i wrote Jan 09 however i was still using using credit to pay other credit and the real time i havnt been able to start making payments is this month.
So i just wondering if ive wrote Jan 09 and then the OR will query why i was still spending till now ?
Or shall i re-do the forms again as i havnt given them to the courts yet?

Posted - 01 September 2009 : 08:08:49 I wouldn't worry about it. The OR will go through everything on the form with you during the interview and you can mention it then.
