A BIG BIG THANKS TO ALL OF YOU.I WAS DECLARED BANKRUPT TODAY.THEY READ MY PAPERS AND SEEN THE JUDGE NOT EVEN 30 SECONDS AND THE JUDGE PUT STAMP ON IT AND SAID IM BANKRUPT..NOW I WILL WAIT FOR THE OR TO CALL ME.DO I NEED TO CALL MY OR NOW TO TELL HIM/SHE THAT I AM GOING HOME or SHALL I WAIT.THANK U SO MUCH ALL OF YOU. |

thank u so much.i feeling great today.i wish i will have the very kind OR.Im not very good in english,i hope i could understand him/she.this forum is so helpful and specially to all of you.i cant do this without the helped from you.

Well done Rabbitt - heres wishing you a debt free and worry free future. You will have the best nights sleep in ages tonight!
You will hear from the OR in the next few days and have a telephone appointment, ensure you have a copyof your forms in front of you when they call - they will be going through the forms with you on the phone and you will see where they are asking questions from - this call is pretty straightforward and you have nothing to worry about, they will just wish to dot the i's and cross the t's

Well done, Rabbit. Normally the OR will call within 10 days or so to set up the telephone interview so you could mention then that you are going to be going home. If they haven't called within 10 days then give them a call anyway and let them know. |
