i went bankrupt in August 2009 and almost did it in May 2009, but made a quick call to Reviva UK in may who advised me to delay it so I can position myself better. that following bankruptcy I have been able to keep my flat and car and they have dealt with all corrrespondance it has made the process soo much easier.

I was advised by Ken dawes, and I would advise others to seek the same advice from him!!! he helped me so much, with his help I have been able to keep my flat and car! he came and sat with me during the OR interview, even though I was being very awkward it meant the world to have him there for support through that phone call. It isnt anywhere as scary as I thought it would be, the Bournemouth OR was very polite and the phone call lasted under an hour but his advice and scribbles during it made the world of difference!

i didnt seek help from a debt advice company before as I couldnt afford it, but I didnt realise previously that you can sell your assetts to pay for the assistance and that is viewed ok by the OR.. as everyone is entitled to help and assistance through bankruptcy. so I if you can do that do it, and do it with reviva as they are very very good i dont think I couldve got through it without Ken!
