Posted - 28 September 2009 : 20:09:25 I have arranged my court date for 27/10/09 too file my bankruptcy. Do i need to continue trying to pay my debts in the mean time? several of my debts have been passed to credit services and i have explained my situation to them and they are awaiting a ref. no. from the court hearing.

Posted - 28 September 2009 : 23:51:14 I would have thought you need to focus on saving for your court fees and make sure you are up to date with your current utilities etc.
There is nothing that the creditors can do in this time other than phoneyou up.
