Posted - 01 October 2009 : 15:39:54 myself and my husband were made bankrupt on monday and previous to the BR we opened a coop cashminder account. Will the OR check what goes in and out of this account as it is not listed on the statement of affairs. I want to apply for a course to enable me to get a job which is going to cost £309 will the OR query this if it goes out of the coop account. Thanks for your help

Posted - 01 October 2009 : 16:18:53 I did the same as you opened coop cashminder account before BR didn't put it on forms just told OR at phone interview, they said they had no interest in it and so far have not asked for any statments.Doubt if they will now as even though I've only been BR for 4months they said they have finished with my case and hopefully I'll get early discharge this month (fingers crossed).
