Posted - 01 October 2009 : 22:59:00 hi thanks for reply reards my ex wife paying for the shortfall of the caravan. i live in it by my self. she only works partime and we have a disabled daughter.my ex did'nt know she was a garantor because the sales guy asked her to sign it just in case i could not get the finance on my own. they would try with her income as well but it went through just on my income. she would not be able to afford the payments.
