Posted - 05 October 2009 : 11:02:06 As John says ED is a privilege and not at a right, so my advice to anyone is to expect to be BR for 12 months, and if you get ED regard it as a bonus.
Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.

It is still a privilege to be discharged from bankruptcy early, even although it is becoming more common. Not everyone is eligible for an early discharge and you will not have to attend court. Once thecourt has dscharged you, you should receive a letter from the OR.
All the best
