Posted - 12 November 2009 : 19:41:48 Hi all - particularly experts pleaase...
We had two buinsesses - a company and a sole treder business. I went BR on the sole trader and the OR has no interest in the company - save to be satidfied that I have resigned as the only Director - I did this the same day as I went BR and the OR knows that.
My dilemma is:-
My annual return is due at the latter part of November - we have not tarded since 30 Apr 2009 and are paid up on oir VAT to that date - HMRS are OK about this.
What do I now do - the company is dormont - no director, no trade and no income. The debts are minimul £12,000 to RBOS - £300 to my accountant and a few bills here and there - no more that £15,000 in total
The OR and my IP said deal with as a simple matter after the BR on the other business is dealt with - now I am worried as the annual return is due soon - plea guide me with forms that I need to do - thank you so much, Richard

Any others that can help - all comments/advice welcome and gratefully received
