Hi
I have been shopping around for a better deal for my building and contents Insurance and I have been told that because I am BR they cannot insure me for 5 years. Does this mean my Insurance at present is not valid and I should have cancelled it?

If the company are saying they can't insure you for 5 years it sounds as though your insurance could be invalid, but you will need to check with the company.

When we moved and my OH (who isn't BR) tried to get contents insurance some companies wouldn't insure him as I was still BR at the time. In the end the AA found a company who would insure us.

Tomorrow is a mystery, yesterday is history, today is the present, a gift to make the most of.

some companies ask the question are you BR others do not.
you can get insurance whilst BR its just some companies will not insure you until you are discharged, shop around a bit more only answer the questions they ask.
