Posted - 15 November 2009 : 21:53:28 Can anyone help me with this one? I have asked the OR but they haven't got back to me and it's been nearly 2 weeks now.
BR in July. In Dec/Jan of last year I signed up to do a uni course that work were going to pay for. However, I'm tied in to the job for a month for every £250 of the course which is 17 months after the course has been completed and it doesn't finish till the new year.
I really want to change jobs as not having a very good time a the moment health wise and work wise.
If I leave, can they come after me for the money, or because I signed this agreement before I went BR, will it be included as part of that? I didn't include it on my SOA as I never gave it any thought?
Also, they can't have what I haven't got, so what would happen if they chased me for the money?
