i ow more than 10,000 in depts and am pregnant have 2 loans also would i be able to declare it and would it effect me in any way after.

Hi there and welcome to the forum. If you have debts of less than £15k and no assets (a car would have to be under £1k) and renting you may be better of in a Debt Relief Order (DRO), which is similar to bankruptcy but for 'smaller debt' cases.
DRO's are dealt with via your local Citizens Advice Bureau and cost £90 (as opposed to £510 bankruptcy fee) make an appointment with your local CAB as this may be your better option, there is no court appearance and you only get to chat with the CAB which is far less stressful for many people.

If your debts are over £15k you would have to consider bankruptcy, let me know and if that is the case i will provide you with full bankruptcy advice
