My friend has a car on finance. It finishes in one years time. She is paying £135 per month but needs the car for her job due to travelling and shift work and unsociable hours. The car is worth approx £2.5k. Would she be able to keep this and continue with the payments as she cannot afford to buy a smaller, second hand car?
Many thanks

most HP agreements have a no BR clause so that might be a problem, and more than likely the HP company will not allow it.
is it definately HP or a fixed sum loan agreement??
£2000-£2500 is normally allowable for work purposes but exactly how much is up to the OR
