Posted - 19 December 2007 : 00:13:29 Hi, this is my first post and i was declared BR on 4th Dec. I have spoken to the OR in a telephone interview and gon through most of the info. I am also going through a divorce at the moment and most of the debts have come about during the marriage, but are mainly in my name because my ex could not get any credit as he is not british. My question is this:
I know that he will be chased for our joint debts but can he also be chased for the debts that are in my name only because he helped spend the money?? Thanks in advance!
