Hi there we were made BR at the end of September this year. We have had a letter from our mortgage company at the end of last week stating that their solicitors made a court date for a possession hearing which is 9th December. A question, would we be better off getting somewhere to rent before the court date and send the mortgage company our keys?? Have been in touch with our local council and they have stated that they wont help us. They have been useless, we have 4 children and they cant be bothered to help us.
thanks
Deb

Personally speaking, I would look for somewhere to rent now. You may need to find a hefty deposit though.

The glimmer gets brighter all the time
