Hi all,
I just found this offer in Compareprepaid.co.uk and I thought it might be worth to share it with those willing to save some money and budgeting:

Orange prepaid card is offering cash conscious consumers when they apply for an Orange Cash card a refund on their £5 application fee when they load £20 onto their account by February 29th, 2012.

This is an old thread though so the offer is no longer valid.

I wouldn't worry about it - you were covered by the BR. If they persist then send them a copy of your discharge notice.

Hi, Ive not been on here for quite some time but good to see a lot of the names that got me through some Terrible times. Anyway- I was declared B/R 3 yrs ago and discharged 6mths later. I have now today recieved a call from a company called RMA who wanted my details to 'go through security' even tho they called me. So I said not until I know why. They have advised they have taken on my debt from Egg!!! I advised the situation and I havent heard a peep from Egg in 3 yrs!
