if i declare myself bankrupt do they take my wife`s possesion into account

Hi

What is the situation with the debts?

Do you have any assets? (particularly property and vehicles)

If yes, are they in joint ownership?

Are the debts (unsecured) in joint names and are you both going to petition for BR?

Post back and someone will be able to make some suggestions.
