I have several months to go until i get discharged.

Just wanted to know if i would be legally be able to use an old credit card that wasnt a creditor assuming by luck that they didnt close it ?

After ive been discharged that is.

you should not use any pre bankruptcy credit cards, rhet should have all been cut up and returned to the lender or the OR. If a bank wants to lend to you, you should go through a normal application
