What happens once you have handed your forms in at the court? do you stay there for a couple of hours or go away for the day? and how long does it take to see the OR after the court date? Thanks

each court is a little bit different, most you stay it takes about 2 hours and you may or may not see the judge (give the court a ring to check the local procedure)

In some courts you speak briefly to the OR on the day by phone, some they call you within a couple of days

Hi beth

What court are you going to

perhaps someone has been to that court and can help

alternately if you feel brave call the court and ask their process

regards Richard
