ME AND MY WIFE ARE GOING TO BOTH FILE BANKRUPTCY SEPERATLY BUT HAVE QUESTION ABOUT MY WAGES AND TAX CREDITS WE BOTH HAVE BANK ACCOUNTS AND AM WITH BARCLAYS WOULD BOTH THESE ACCOUNTS BE FROZEN IF SO HOW CAN I HAVE MY WAGES AND TAXE CREDITS PAYED IN TO WITHOUT BEING FROZEN

If the bank account isn't a basic account (no cheque book and no overdraft) or you have arrears with Barclays then it will likely be closed. In that case you can open a Co-op Cashminder account, which is very BR friendly and have you benefits paid into that account.

If the Barclays account is a basic account and you don't have any arrears with the bank then the account will probably be frozen but it will only be frozen for up to 5 working days. The OR will contact the bank to advise that they don't have an interest in the account and it will be unfrozen and you will be able to use it again.
