I have a no equity in my home and I am trying to sell it, at the moment I am working in a casual job which doesnt even beging to cover any mortgage payments, I am able to live with my daughter and therefore wish to walk away from my house and hand back the keys, I am 60 years old and would never require a mortgage or credit again, I have currently an IVA which has been running for 18months this I cannot continue to pay, my question is the situation is of a no remedy situation with regard to paying of my debt to the mortgage provider and the IVA, these debts alone add up to 1300 per month, so my question is I wish to go Bankrupt and I am not sure what or how to do it or even with a currently running IVA can I . Thanks for your time.
The answer is yes you can, you need to wait for the IVA to fail or ask the IP to fail it. why the change, have you had a change in income since the IVA started
