Also forgot to mention, apparently the number you call for their office goes through to a call/message taking company, not them themselves, as they are in the process of moving!
Just thought I would update the thread. Brett has been in contact via email on Saturday evening, and called me today and we had a chat. All appears sorted, and Julian will be back soon. Hopefully will get a court date mid April for the BR.
