hi there guys i have a query: i was declared BR in december currently claiming benefit. i have a 99% chance of starting a new job next week but it is only temporary for 10 weeks. Does anyone know how will the OR deal with this? thanks in advance,

Under the terms of the Bankruptcy you have a duty to keep the OR up to date of any changes. The chances however of them looking at your income with a view to an IPO/IPA are very slim as your costs etc will increase due to your employment, such as travel etc and i doubt your temporary work will be of such a high level of income to warrant any time being spent by the OR in setting up a short term IPO/IPA !!

It is best to let them know of the job, but I don't think it is going to warrant any problems for you, COnrgatulations on finding work in the difficult times, Well done!!!
