Thanks for the advise we are going to take the risk and go for bankrupcy if we would have had the courage this time last year we would be nearly there.Taking the day off tom to try and get things started,would anybody recommend cancelling the current standing orders or to continue paying them. And can you be refused bankrupcy ? Thanks again.Some ood news my youngest son has just won the league in football so its not all bad luck !!

re your position I don't believe that bankruptcy is a risk provided that you have done your homework and reviewed how it will effect you,

please keep us updated.
