Queries on Early discharge. I know not everyone gets ED but I was just wanting to know who and how do they decides if you get ED??
Does the OR write to you before ED to fill in an expenditure form and will they ask for the bank statements and payslips again??
Thanks for your help.

Hi Emma

It is the official receiver or their representitive that decides

each office has different time frames

after 4 - 6 months they would have looked at you file, realised that their is No assetts to pay the creditors.

then they will usually send out a Income and expenditure review form, as long as no significant changes or suprises, they will then take 6 - 12 weeks to apply to court for your discharge. yes they may ask for any information bank statements , pay slips but not always

most only find out about early discharge by checking the insolvency.gov web site.

regards Richard
