If I declare myself bankrupt will I be allowed to keep some money for living expenses? If so how much is deemed reasonable?

once all of your essential expenses have been taken into account you will be allowed £99 PCM as disposable income

after that amount the OR will claim betwen 50 - 70 % of left over

so cannot give exact figure as do not know you financial situation (except for considering Bankruptcy)
