if there is no equity then it is highly likely the OR will offer you the BI back for £1 plus costs

Me again! finally had a letter offering to buy back BI YAY! is it that simple? can I really have my house back? want to crack open the champagne (well sparkling cheap stuff) but scared incase its not that easy,
QUESTION 1
what are the chances of old bebts being secured on house once its in my name? one debt of £10k is a solicitor and if he can he will!
QUESTION 2
if a 3rd party buys BI are they liable if we fall behind on mortgage in future?
QUESTION 3
can the house be put in our childrens name? 14,10 and 9 yrs old? thought not? probably a silly question, please clarify so I can finally celebrate

1. No pre bankruptcy debts could now be secured on the house
2. No
3. Not at this stage, but you could put it in trust later, You can buy it back yourself and put back into your own name
