I have just been made bankrupt(volentery)and I am trying to fill in my income and expenses forms for the O.R.what things can I claim for on expenses, can I claim for a annual holiday or cigrettes,internet?is there a list of dos and dont,s?

did, you make yourself bankrupt or did a creditor make you bankrupt

ok, just a bit suprised as normally you fill in the SOA before you petition for your own bankrutcy.

Here is the the OR guidance

When the OR has assest my income and expenses,and say I have £250 per month surplus,how much of that will they take from me?

They would take 60%
