Hi all, i received a letter yesterday stating that the trustee is applying to be released and was wondering what that meant for me? I have tried looking through the forum but most people from what i saw received the letter before they were discharged from bankruptcy but i was discharged on the 4th of February this year after my 12 months. I was paying an IPA but lost my job on 10th of Feb and i have been on benefits since then so is that something to do with it? Also i have finally got a job and start a week on monday so will i just have to carry on my IPA payments and will i have to make up for the payments i couldn't pay over the last 4 months?

Sorry about the long post but i don't have a clue about any of these things.

If you have already been discharged then I would suggest contacting the OR and asking for clarification.

I doubt it. The IPA is purely based on income and continues for 36 months.

You won't have to make up the payments. When you start your new job contact either MoonBeever or the RTLU and let them know you have another job. They will send out another I&E form to complete and then your IPA payments will be based on your new income.
