i am very close to going through with bankruptcy, its my only way out, i live with my parents, but cant tell them will they be effected in anyway and will they be contacted about much board i pay each month?? please help thank you
you should also think about having your credit file disassociated from theirs with the 3 credit reference agencies so it doesn;t affect their credit file etc.
Some of my debts were at my mum's address and some were at my partner's and neither of them were affected by my BR - they have both managed to get credit since.
