Hello everyone. I'm new here.

So...my story....The last 18 months or so have been an absolute nightmare and still it continues ! I was an agency worker (HGV1 driver),lost all my work when the banks caused the reccession, ended up getting house re-posessed (still fighting with them !),defaulted on a personal loan and a credit card. Now un-employed and down to my last £150,between me and destitution !
I am wanting to know if I can declare bankruptcy, without having to pay any fees ?? Seems to be the only way to get them all off my back. If this is possible, does anyone know the procedures and what you're allowed to keep and what you're allowed to earn before they start taking out of any money earned ??
Can anyone help here,please ??

Even on benefits you will still have to pay 450 pounds I'm afraid. You have to fill in an income & expenditure form & what you pay back depends on that. If you aren;t working then obviously you won't have anything to pay.
