Good Morning one and all,
Firstly I'd like to thank you all for your support via this forum, it's been great, lots of really useful advice.
I am in Court tomorrow to file for BR. I think I have everything in order, well I hope so anyway.
Could I just clarify please...The only thing I need to take to Court with me is the 3 copies of the BR petition and SOA. Is that correct or do I need anything else?
All answers gratefully received.
Thanks
Michelle

Just the BR fee in addition to the forms. I took my passport as I thought I might have needed some type of identification but the BR clerk didn't ask for it. |

Well I did it and survived. Felt a bit teary at certain points (pathetic I know) but was so nervous but as promised by all the posts on here it went o.k. The judge was lovely, kind and reassuring, wished me well and told me I was debt free and could have a fresh start now and get on with my life. Am now very nervous about the OR interview but have to do it I know.
Thank you all who have posted on this forum, your advice and support has been brilliant.
OMG so worried and not sleeping...Went Br 20th July 2010...Just the OR to face now then countdown for 1 year. |

I'm glad it went well, and it's normal to be teary so don't worry about that!
You don't need to worry about the OR interview either. I was ill before hand as I was so worried, but it really wasn't as bad as I was expecting. Answer all the questions honestly, if you don't know/remember something say so, and just answer the questions they ask, don't elaborate!
Good luck x
