Hi, where do I start. I have fooloishly racked up £90K on credit cards and 1 loan. I suppose i knew about my debt situation a long time ago but then had to borrow off 1 to pay the others etc, b4 i know it im in this situation and because my earnings have gone down considerably i cannot pay anything off any of them and boy am i getting some pressure off my creditors.I am wondering with that amount of debt am i likely to be sent to prison? I am really worried and 2 ashamed to go and seek advice thus this message. Also i got divorced last year the pressure was to much for my wife, I had 20% equity out of the house, I could have had a lot more but I have 3 children and i didnt want them to suffer. Will the OR when i go BR investigate the fact that i only took that amount. Please help.
