Hi,
I owe around £25,000 to £30,000 in Credit Card Bills much of which built up by interest rates. I'm unemployed and do not own my own property or car. I have no items of value at all. Can I declare myself bankrupt as an alternative to now failing to be able to make all monthly payments.

If you are insolvent then you can declare yourself BR. If you are on benefits then you can clam a £150 rebate on the £600 BR fee by completing the following form:
