Hi,

I was declared bankrupt on the 29/01/10, I recived a letter from the OR in June advising of possible early discharge, they also sent me another income and expenditure form to complete which I completed and returned a month ago and I have not heard anyhing from the OR. I have now recived a tax return to complete from the inland revenue. I did not understand why they sent me the form as I am employed and have been by the ame compamy for the last 3 years so I phoned them and they said it is becuase of my bankruptcy so I have now completed this form and sent it back. Is this the normal process to have to complete a tax return
