I had an automatic discharge in May, with a Bankruptcy Restriction Undertaking that lasts until 2013. In December I will start drawing my occupational pension, and there is an option to draw a part of this as a lump sum. I would like to have it confirmed that the trustee of the Bankruptcy Restriction Order will not be able to touch this money.
Assuming that this is the case, I would be grateful if anyone can recommend a suitable Savings Accoun
