I was declared bankrupt in June this year, my husband wants to file a divorce, and wants me to pay for it.
Due to the bankruptcy is there any way i dont have to pay for the divorce?

Your husband may want you to pay for it but you only half to pay half usually. Only exception tends to be if you commited adultery? It needn't be expensive & you can do it without solicitors.

Just for a divorce, yes. I would consult a solicitor though regarding finances.
