Hi have a query on question 8.4 on SOA. My mum is acting as guarantor on the rent for the property we are due to move into this week, do I have to put her details under this questions "Does anyone else have an interest in any of the properties that you own, rent or lease? This interest may be as a sub tenant, a guarantor of the mortgage, a partner, a joint tenant, joint lessee or otherwise). I have included my partner as joint tenant under question 8.2 where I have to detail any property that I rent, but do I have to include her again on 8.4 Thanks for the help Regards David
