You will normally have the OR's interview within 7-10 days of being declared BR. The OR will normally contact you a couple of days after the BR hearing to set up an interview date.
For the RCOJ I believe you turn up at 10am and hand the forms in and then return at about 1pm or 2pm to be declared BR.
