 how will I know if I have been discharged?

Hi,

I recieved early discharge letter in June and completed the I & E form and sent it back,. I have not heard from the OR since, how will I know if I have been discharged?I was declared BR on the 29/01/10

You can keep checking the IS register, or you may receive a letter from the OR confirming it, my wifes ED took over 4 months from sending her letter back.

you don't always receive a letter confirming that ED has occurred, and even then you are likely to see it yourself first on the Insolvency Register.

It is always good to check yourself every few days.
