My husband and I seperated and I left the home my husband has told me he has been declared bankrupt and is waiting for the receiver to get in touch with him. The mortgage is in both our names can I stay in the house ?

who is living there at the moment, is there any equity, is the mortgage being paid

the key thing is that

1. The official receiver is looking for your husbands equity in the house

2. are you able to maintain the mortgage repayments by yourself?
