Hi Guys
Has the insolvency service disposed of Moon Beaver ?
I have a couple of friends I have been speaking with about bankruptcy, in the last week they have both received letters direct from official receiver.
NT tax collection and collection of IPA.
Have I missed a thread that they have gone and insolvency service now collecting direct to save money.

| still in business as far as i know, what have they received from the OR, is it just the agreement to sign or about how the actual collection is to be made |

If I remember rightly I had a letter from the OR about my IPA and this was then followed up by a letter from Clarke Willmott, who were the collecting solicitors at the time.

Just a bit!
The letter I had this morning from MB was to confirm that they had received my last payment and my IPA was now finished.
Although my stomach did cartwheels when I saw the franking mark it was nice to have it for closure.

Harry would most likely turn his nose up at a plate of salmon - we can eat fish and he's not interested! Now put him some dry biscuits down and he's a happy cat!
