I went bankrupt in May 09 discharged in Nov 09. I had a holiday points membership and I thought this would be included in the bankruptcy. The administration handed the points certificate back to me probably because no one (including me would want them)does this mean I still am lumbered with these points and unaffordable management fee. My house is on the market (Apparently I am now in a IVA because I offered to sell the house) But I do not have the income to pay for these points any more. Could'nt sell them because I could not afford the management fee. ( I went into bankruptcy!!)Do I have to go through all this again with this company.
