I went bankrupt in April this year and I am awaiting my early discharge which has been approved by the OR.
My car insurance has just ran out and they won't renew it since my sister owns the car.
The OR said that even though the car log book is my sisters name, because I maintain it it is mine and they will allow me to keep it for work purposes.
Do I transfer the log into my name and get insurance sorted? Or will that cause problems with the discharge?
Or does anyone know an insurance company that will accept my sister being owner and me being driver?
