Welcome Rdfr

A lot depends on how busy the local OR's office is but I suggest that it will be within the next three weeks.

All the best

Hi Rdfr,
as soon as the OR receives the order from the court, the examiner will put in a request to the case clerk, to issue an interview pack, having marked in an interview date, which is normally within 2-3 weeks of the hearing.

You can smooth the process, by telephoning the OR's office that will be dealing with you, so that they know you will definitely be attending(that should be on the bankruptcy order).

Within the pack, you will receive what is known as a PIQ(preliminary information questionnaire), which is basically asking for the same information as you would put into an SOA(statement of Affairs)if you were petitioning for your own bankruptcy.

Be aware though, that the insolvency service is currently upgrading their IT systems, under "enabling the future program", and so they have no IT system until 19th October, however, they are keeping records of what actions they take, to put in to the new system when it comes on line again.

Any problems, there are plenty of experts here to help!

Big Al
